Meet the team

Yvonne has a Bachelor of Education and has taught in schools for 28 years before obtaining a Masters of Child Play Therapy from Deakin University.
She has worked privately with neurodivergent children for over 15 years with a strong focus on finding gaps in learning and behavioural concerns.
Yvonne also has Graduate Diploma in therapeutic Play and has worked with children experiencing trauma and self harm . Yvonne has worked with many multicultural groups and is a keen artist. Yvonne has a background in film and animation and loves to bring some of these skills into her sessions.
Yvonne also has significant experience with adolescents who have experienced anxiety, and school related issues.
Gemma has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies Psychology, and holds a Masters of Child Play therapy. Other studies include a Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Child Play and qualifications in Learn to Play therapy..
Gemma has a love for all things artistic and loves to bring creativity into her sessions. Gemma is a mother of two and step mother of three. She has personal experience with ASD and ADHD in her own child, and is passionate about helping neuro-divergent children and their families.
All of our therapists hold at least two university degrees with registration and insurance. All therapists hold Masters Degrees from Deakin University and have current and valid working with children check and police check.
